Hand-knotted in the 1960s, the rug features a striking triple-medallion composition set against a sophisticated, variegated charcoal-brown field.

The central ivory panel is framed by a classic Greek key (T-pattern) border, housing a delicate Tree of Life motif. Flanking the center are two golden-yellow pagoda-style medallions, enriched with soft moss green and muted blue accents. The abrash—the natural variation in color—throughout the dark field adds a wonderful sense of depth and movement to the textile.
